Recipe: Scalloped Tomatoes with Cheese

• l pound can whole tomatoes
• 1 1/2 cups herb-seasoned croutons
• 1 tsp Tones Minced Dry Onions
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
• 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, cubed
• 1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture in a 1 1/2 qt. greased casserole. Bake uncovered at 375° F for 20 minutes. Serves 4-5
