  1. Saute the green pepper and onion in a non-stick skillet in 4 tablespoons butter.
  2. Add fresh mushroom caps and 1 tablespoon butter and peas, uncooked and drained. Fold all this into cooked rice. Add mayonnaise, crab, shrimp, curry, peppers, Accent, and light cream.
  3. Pour into casserole dish.
  4. Decorate with more mushroom caps.
  5. Cover and bake at 350° F for 30 to 40 minutes.
  6. Before serving sprinkle with toasted almonds.
