Sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook chicken in butter in an oven proof skillet until a rich brown color on all sides.
Mix all sauce ingredients together.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Cover skillet tightly and cook over low heat for 30 mins.
Remove lid and put pan in the oven.
Bake for 45 - 60 mins or until thoroughly cooked.
As chicken bakes, baste it frequently with the sauce.
