Spiced Nuts Ingredents

• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp ground cloves
• 1 egg white, lightly beaten
• 1 cup pecans

1. Preheat oven to 300° F.
2. Lightly butter a cookie sheet
3. Mix all dry ingredients together.
4. Add egg white to dry ingredients; mix well
5. Fold in pecans.
6. Spread pecans on lightly buttered cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 30 mins.
