Spiced Pecan Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 tsps cinnamon
  
• 1 1/4 tsps salt
• 1 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp ground cloves
• 1/2 cup water 4 cups pecans

To make Spiced Pecans

1. Combine all ingredients except pecans in sauce pan.
2. Cook for 4 minutes; stirring frequently to avoid burning sugar.
3. Add pecans to coat.
4. Spread on waxed paper line cookie sheets to cool.
