3 lbs spareribs
1 1/2oz canned consume
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Cut spareribs into serving size pieces.
Steam for 45 minutes.
Combine in a saucepan the consomme, pineapple juice, vinegar, water, brown sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder.
Cook sauce until thick and transparent.
Preheat oven to 350° f.
Pour sauce over spareribs and bake for 1 hour.
