2 1/2 lbs cooked sweet potatoes, fresh or canned
2 /34 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp condensed milk

Combine all ingredients, and beat until fluffy.
Pour into a glass pie plate.
Bake at 350° f for 30 minutes.
