Recipe: Sweet Potatoes in Custard Cups

- 2 cups canned (1 lb 2 oz) mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1 1/2 cups Kraft miniature marshmallows
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, brown sugar, salt, and ground cinnamon. Whip until fluffy.
- Stir in manderin orange sections and miniture marshmallows
- Place into 8 custard cups.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
