2 cups canned (1 lb 2 oz) mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 cup mandarin orange sections, drained
1 1/2 cups Kraft miniature marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, brown sugar, salt, and ground cinnamon. Whip until fluffy.
Stir in manderin orange sections and miniture marshmallows
Place into 8 custard cups.
Bake for 20 minutes.
