Swiss Fondue Ingredients

To make Swiss Fondue

  1. Warm an earthware pot in an oven at lowest temperature.
  2. Place cheeses, cornstarch, and wine into a medium non-stick sauce pan.
  3. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
  4. Reduce heat, add spices, and brandy. Cook, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are blended.
  5. Pour cheese fondue into the warmed, earthenware pot, and serve with the cubed bread.
