Smokey Chicken Wraps Recipe

• 1 package  (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
• 4 sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
• 2 teaspoons sweet basil
• 1 teaspoon Weber Chicken 'N Rib Seasoning
• 1-1/2 pounds  boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 2 tablespoons Weber Chicken 'N Rib Seasoning
• 8 flour tortillas
• 8 lettuce leaves

1. Combine cream cheese, sundried tomatoes, basil and 1 teaspoon Chicken and Rib Seasoning in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Rub remaining 2 tablespoons seasoning onto both sides of chicken breasts.
3. Grill chicken over Medium Direct heat for 12 to 16 minutes, turning once, until cooked through with an internal temperature of at least 170ºF.
4. Stack tortillas and wrap in aluminum foil; grill about 5 minutes until heated through.
5. Transfer chicken to a cutting board and slice thinly.
6. Spread cream cheese mixture over tortillas and lay a lettuce leaf on top.
7. Divide chicken among tortillas; roll up and serve.
