Zatarain's Seasoned Fish-Fri^® with real lemon added for frying fish, shrimp, soft crabs, chicken, frog legs, cutlets, zucchini, oysters and eggplant. Carton contains 4 individually sealed bags each containing 5 pounds of Zatarain's Seasoned Fish-Fri.

Ingredients: Enriched Corn Flour (Corn Flour, Ferrus Sulfate, Niacin, Thiamine Monotrate, Riboflavin and Folic Acid), Salt, Spices (including Red Pepper), Citric Acid, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic, Onion, Lemon Juice Concentrate, and Lemon Oil.

Fried Fish Directions

1. Heat one inch of vegetable oil in skillet or oil as required in deep fat fryer to 350° F.
2. Wash fish thoroughly with cold water; drain off excess moisture.
3. Pour Seasoned Fish-Fri in plate or into plastic bag. Roll or shake moist fish in mix until evenly coated.
4. Fry fish (a few pieces at a time) in hot oil until light golden brown. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
5. Serve hot

Zatarain's Seasoned Fish-Fri has been preseasoned; do not salt and pepper seafood, poultry, meat or vegetables.
