To use Lemon Butter Dill Seafood Sauce:
Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Golden Dipt Lemon Butter Dill Flavored Seafood Sauce over 1 pound of fish or peeled shrimp. Lemon Butter Dill Sauce is best with salmon, tilapia, flounder, cod and scallops.
Either:
Bake in a 425 F oven 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Bake shrimp 8 to 10 minutes or just until shrimp turns pink.
or
Broil or grill fish 8 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Cook shrimp or scallops 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 months after opening.
