Grilled Steak and Veggie Fajitas Recipe
For a grilled meal without the grill, thinly slice 1 pound sirloin tip steak, mix with 2 1/2 teaspoons McCormick Char Broil and Grill Seasoning, set aside. Slice lengthwise 1/2 cup zucchini, 1/4 cup red bell pepper, mix with 1/4 cup red onion and 1/4 cup corn, coat with 2 1/2 teaspoons McCormick Char Broil and Grill Seasoning. Add 1 tablespoon oil to frying pan, brown steak and set aside, add vegetables to pan, cook until tender, return meat to pan, mix well. Add mixture to warm fajita wraps, slice and serve.
