2 1/4 tsp = 7g package of dry yeast. Contains about 129 7g servings.
Directions for use:
- Measure yeast and luke warm water (90-110°F.) or (32-43° C.)
- Mix together and allow to soak for 5-10 minutes
- Stir thoroughly before adding to other ingredients.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate in a sealed container after opening.
