Recipe: Stir Fried Chicken and Vegetables
Makes 6 Servings
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 lb stir fry chicken strips
- 1 lb (about 4 cups) stir fry vegetables
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp Tone's Chicken Base
- 3 tbsp Tone's Asian Grill and Stir Fry Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Tone's Cornstarch
- Heat the canola oil in a large skillet or wok. Stir fry the chicken over high heat until cooked through. Add the vegetables.
- Combine the water, Tone's Chicken Base, Tone's Asian Grill and Stir Fry Seasoning, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Mix well. Add to skillet or wok and cook until vegetables are tender and sauce is thickened.
