McCormick Ground Thyme has a minty-green, hay-like, and musty taste. Thyme's flavor is distinctively warm, pleasant, aromatic, and pungent. Thyme leaves are the dried leaves and flowering tops of the herb Thymus vulgaris.

Use the herb thyme to add flavor to chowders, meats, cottage cheese, creamed chicken, creamed chipped beef, Creole seafood dishes, poultry dressing, marinades, tomatoes, vegetables, fish as well as cheese dishes.
