Recipe: Stir Fried Chicken and Vegetables

• 2 tbsp Canola Oil
• 1 lb stir fry chicken strips
• 1 lb (about 4 cups) stir fry vegetables
• 2 cups water
• 2 tsp Tone's Chicken Base
• 3 tbsp Tone's Asian Grill and Stir Fry Seasoning
• 2 tbsp Tone's Cornstarch

1. Heat the canola oil in a large skillet or wok.
2. Stir fry the chicken over high heat until cooked through. Add the vegetables.
3. Make a broth by combining water, Tone's Chicken Base, Tone's Asian Grill and Stir Fry Seasoning, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Mix well.
4. Add broth to skillet or wok and cook until vegetables are tender and sauce is thickened.
   Makes 6 Servings
