Beef Tomato I

• 1/2 to 3/4 pound tender beef
• 1 cup tomatoes
• 1 cup celery
• 1 cup green peppers
• 1 cup round onions

• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 slice ginger, crushed
• 1 teaspoon sherry

• 1/2 cup water
• 3-1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon Accent

1. Slice and season beef; let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Cube vegetables.
3. Heat canola oil and pan fry beef, stirring quickly to medium rareness.
4. Remove from pan, add more oil to pan and fry onions, peppers and celery.
5. When almost done, add tomatoes.
6. Add gravy and bring to boil.
7. Mix in beef and serve.
