  1. Cut steak in very thin slices.
  2. Combine ingredients except bean sprouts, mushrooms and rice.
  3. Pour over steak and let set for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Heat 3 tbsps oil in skillet; must be very hot.
  5. Take meat out of mixture and put into skillet and stir rapidly until brown.
  6. Add mixture to steak and cook until meat is tender.
  7. Add mushrooms and bean sprouts and cook until heated completely.
  8. Serve over a bed of steamed rice.
