- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsps cajun seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsps catsup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed.
- Moisten hands; shape mixture into loaf shape.
- Place in aluminum foil lined loaf pan.
- Bake for about 1 hour.
- Allow loaf to stand for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
