1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
1 can Mexican style corn, drained
2 tbsps fresh lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 green onions, chopped
8 oz artificial crab meat chunks
1/4 tsp fresh chopped garlic
1 tbsp dried Cilanto
8 oz pasta, cooked

Heat oil in skillet, add onion and peppers and saute over medium heat until tender.
Turn heat to high and add crab and corn.
Stir fry until heated through.
Turn off heat and add the rest of the ingredients.
Toss with the hot pasta.
Serve immediately.
