Durkee Grill Creations® Grill Seasoning for Beef brings the great flavors of the grill to any food. It's a blend of Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, bell peppers, black pepper and spices that produces a unique flavor treat.

Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Parmesan Cheese (Cultured Part Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Dehydrated Bell Peppers, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Celery, Paprika (For Color), Natural Flavor, Caramel Color, Soy Lecithin). Contains Milk and Soy

Recipe: Marinated T-Bone Steak

• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 cup red vinegar
• 2 tbsp Durkee Grill Creations Grill Seasoning
• 1 pound T-Bone Steak

Combine the oil, water, vinegar, and Grill Seasoning in a large resealable plastic bag. Blend well. Add the T-Bone Steak to the bag, seal, and turn bag over several times to distribute seasoning. Place bag in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Turn T-Bone over after about 15 minutes. Marinading for a longer period will allow for a more flavorable steak. When ready to cook, remove steak from bag and discard marinade. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness.
