Cook garden rotini according to the directions on package. Drain, and cool.
Add ham. Chop broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces, cook in a steamer until almost done but not mushy.
Drain and cool. Add peas.
Grate or dice Colby cheese.
Add diced onion and celery.
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Add seasonings and Italian dressing to taste.
Mix well and chill for an hour or so before serving.
