There is no fuss and muss of peeling, slicing and shredding.  The entire carton contents makes 50 servings of hashed brown potatoes, so for a family of 4, that's about 12 meals.

Home Preparation Instructions

Full Carton Preparation

1. To prepare full carton of hash browns, add hot water (140° F - 160° F) to fill line near top of carton. Water temperature less than 140° F will require more time for potatoes to fully refresh.
2. Close carton and allow hash browns to sit for 15 minutes, Drain.
3. Transfer hash browns to a holding pan until ready to use. Refrigerate re-hydrated potatoes if not to be used immediately and use within 24 hours.
4. Brown Golden Grill hashbrown potatoes on a well oiled grill at 375° to 400° F for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Grilling is only required on one side.

Full carton yields 8 pounds of hash brown potatoes or about 50 1/2 cup servings of ready to grill hashbrowns.
