It's made by slow-simmering chicken and vegetables with a blend of the finest quality herbs and spices.
Cooking stock is a central ingredient for soups, sauces, and marinades. It is used by many cooks to flavor vegetables, potatoes, and rice dishes. For years, making stock from scratch has been the only way health-conscious cooks have been able to control and limit ingredients, such as salt and artificial ingredients.
But who has the time to make stock from scratch?
So in 1996, Kitchen Basics first introduced ready-to-use cooking stocks. Our founder's grandmother's recipes were the key inspiration behind our culinary line of cooking stocks.

The risk of allergen reactions are reduced by specifying to suppliers that Kitchen Basics ingredients must not contain milk†, eggs†, peanuts† or tree nuts. † Each production run is tested for the absence of these allergens to 5ppm. Kitchen Basics Chicken Stock is ready to use, do not dilute. Shake well as Kitchen Basics is an all natural product and may have naturally occuring protein deposits. These are normal and can be disapated by heating.
You may freeze any left over Kitchen Basics Stock in a freezable container and then use within 60 days.
