McCormick Fajita Marinade & Seasoning Mix is a zesty blend of authentic Mexican seasonings that makes preparing delicious fajitas a snap. McCormick Fajita Marinade & Seasoning has a well-balanced flavor that's mouthwatering but not too spicy. Also great for making enchiladas and nachos grande supreme (chips, ground beef, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese and chopped tomatoes).

Ingredients: Salt, Corn Maltodextrin,, Onion, Black Pepper, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Garlic, Dextrose, Natural Flavors, Spice and Bromelain (a meat tenderizer).

Directions: For a Fajita marinade, use 3 tablespoons of McCormick Fajita Marinade & Seasoning mix per 1 cup of water. Mix well. Pour liquid over 3 pounds of meat or poultry strips. Marinade 1 to 2 hours. Saute, broil, or bake as desired. For seasoning, sprinkle lightly on steaks, chops, or poultry before cooking.

To make Fajitas with McCormick Fajitas Seasoning

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of canola oil in a non-stick skillet.
2. Add 1 pound chicken or beef, which has been cut into strips. Cook meat until no longer pink. Remove.
3. Add another 1 tbsp canola oil to skillet along with 1 medium onion and 1 bell pepper, each cut into strips.
4. Add 1/4 cup McCormick Fajita Seasoning, 1/4 cup water and meat. Cook for another 3 minutes stirring occasionally to blend in flavor.
5. Serve on tortillas.
