McCormick Anti Oxidant will help keep cut fruits and vegetables looking freshly cut without browning. Use McCormick Anti Oxidant is a preservative treatment for foods on salad bars and fruit bars. It's sulfite free.
Use 1/2 Tbsp of McCormick Anti Oxidant per gallon of cold water for green fruits and vegetables. Use 2 tbsp of McCormick Anti Oxidant per gallon of water for white fruits and vegetables.
