Usage of McCormick Caribbean Jerk Seasoning:
Lightly rub both sides of steaks, hamburgers, chicken, fish or pork with McCormick Caribbean Jerk Seasoning, and grill or pan fry.

Make a great Jamaican marinade with McCormick Caribbean Jerk Seasoning. Use on chicken, pork, or fish:
- Mix 1 cup canola oil with 1/2 cup McCormick Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
- Add 1/4 cup Lemon Juice and 1/4 cup water (or use Lime Juice)
- Mix well
- Place meat in zipper bag or pour over meat in a glass or plastic container.
- Allow meat to marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours then cook on grill or bake or pan fry.
