Recipe Ideas Using McCormick Southwest Seasoning

• Southwestern Pizza Recipe: Add about 1 tsp Southwest Seasoning to 1 cup of prepared pizza sauce, or sprinkle McCormick Southwest Seasoning to taste over top of pizza before baking.
• Southwestern Marinade Recipe: Combine 3 tbsp canola oil and 2 tbsp McCormick Southwest Seasoning in a bowl or a zipper closure bag. Add 1 pound chicken pieces, pork or beef, seal, place in refrigerator to marinate for 1 to 2 hours. Then bake, grill or pan fry.
• Southwest 'Stir Fry' Recipe: Heat 1 tbsp canola oil in wok or frying pan. Quickly brown 12 pound thinly sliced beef, pork or chicken.  Add 1/2 to 1 pound of chopped vegetables and sprinkle 1 1/2 tbsp Southwest Seasoning over top while stirring meat and vegetables. Continue to stir fry until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
