McCormick Premium Taco Seasoning is a special blend of Taco Seasoning with cornmeal, smoked paprika, sea salt, cocoa powder and jalapeno pepper. This is a quality blend of spices for a better tasting taco as compared to regular taco seasoning. Contains no wheat, egg or milk products.

Ingredients: Yellow Corn Meal, Spices (Including Chili Pepper, Cumin, Oregano), Sea Salt, Onion, Garlic, Demarara Sugar (unrefined sugar), Smoke Paprika, Red and Green Bell Peppers, Cocoa Powder Processed With Alkali, Salt, and Jalapeno Pepper.

Taco Recipe using Premium Taco Mix

Ground Beef	1 lb.	5 lbs.	20 lbs.
Taco Seasoning	1/4 cup	1 1/4 cups	Full Bottle
Water	3/4 cup	3 3/4 cups	3 qts + 3 cups
Servings	12 tacos	60 tacos	240 tacos

Preparation of Taco Meat

1. Brown ground beef. Drain fat.
2. Stir in McCormick Premium Taco Seasoning Mix and water.
3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and smimmer for 5 minutes for small batches and 20 minutes for large batches. Stir occasionally.

Bold and Meaty Oven Baked Taco Dip Recipe

• 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup McCormick Premium Taco Seasoning Mix
• 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 (4 1/2oz) can chopped mild --or-- hot green chiles, drained
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterrey Jack Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Brown meat in a large skillet. Drain fat.
3. Stir in milk and McCormick Premium Taco Seasoning Mix.
4. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a and simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Spread cream cheese in a shallow baking pan. Layer with beans, taco meat mixture, chiles and cheese.
6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through.
7. Serve with tortilla chips.
   Makes 40 (2 tablespoon) servings.
