Pepper Dressing

• 8 ounce container light sour cream
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 2 tsp dried green pepper flakes
• 1/2 tsp oregano leaves
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 tsp white pepper
• 1/4 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp onion flakes
• 1/4 tsp chives

To make Pepper Dressing Recipe

1. Combine the sour cream, green pepper flakes, oregano leaves, sea salt, white pepper, minced garlic, onion flakes, and chives in a small mixing bowl.
2. Mix together until well blended.
3. Cover and refrigerate Pepper Dressing overnight.
4. Serve Pepper Dressing as a dip with fresh vegetables.

Recipe makes about 1 1/4 cups of Pepper Dressing.
