Weber Canadian Steak Seasoning is a select blend of five savory spices. Also great on Pork Chops, Salmon and Portobello Mushrooms.

Ingredients: Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Black Pepper, Dehydrated Onion, Spices, Red Pepper.

Canadian Steak Marinade Recipe

• 2 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp Canadian Steak Seasoning

1. Combine ingredients.
2. Place 1 pound steak in a reclosable zipper plastic bag. Add marinade. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour.
3. Discard marinade.
4. Broil or grill as usual.
