This set of 6 Individual Packets of Adolph's No Salt Meat Tenderizer original blend of herbs and spices gives beef, pork, lamb, veal or game a delicious taste in just 15 minutes! Adolph's Meat Marinade contains bromelain, an all natural enzyme obtained from pineapple, to break down tough proteins in meats, resulting in a tender meal.
Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Sugar, Spices (including Black Pepper, Chili Pepper, Oregano And Paprika), Modified Corn Starch, Garlic, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Onion, Potassium Chloride, Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Caramel Color, And Bromelain (from Pineapple).
Directions for using Adolph's Marinade in Minutes Original Sodium Free
- 2/3 cup cool water
- 1 to 2 1/2 pounds beef, pork, lamb or game
- Using a fork or wire whisk, thoroughly combine Adolph's Marinade in Minutes Original dry mix with water. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade.
- Place meat in remaining marinade and pierce deeply with fork.
- Marinate 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove meat from marinade. Discard used marinade; do not reuse.
- Grill, broil, bake or pan fry meat, brushing with reserved marinade, until thoroughly cooked.
Variation: Prepare with no salt beef broth instead of water.
