Simple French Onion, Pepper & Herb Crusting Blend Cooking Idea
To Pan Fry
Moisten meat lightly with water.
Coat with Crusting Blend (about 1/3 cup per lb.)
Heat 2 to 3 tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet on medium low heat. Cook 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
To Bake
Brush meat with olive oil.
Coat with Crusting Blend (about 1/3 cup per lb)
Bake in preheated 425ºF oven 15 minutes or until cooked through.
