Simple French Onion, Pepper & Herb Crusting Blend Cooking Idea
To Pan Fry
- Moisten meat lightly with water.
- Coat with Crusting Blend (about 1/3 cup per lb.)
- Heat 2 to 3 tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet on medium low heat. Cook 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Brush meat with olive oil.
- Coat with Crusting Blend (about 1/3 cup per lb)
- Bake in preheated 425°F oven 15 minutes or until cooked through.
