McCormick Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning® delivers bold, savory steakhouse flavor in a large 7 lb (3.17kg) professional bulk jug. Inspired by the famous steak seasonings of Old Montreal, this blend combines garlic, coarse salt, cracked peppers and spices for a robust, smoky flavor that works with or without a grill.

This extra-large chef-size jug is designed for high-volume kitchen use and provides consistent flavor from service to service. The seasoning contains no added MSG and is kosher certified.

Montreal Steak Seasoning is ideal for steaks, burgers, pork chops, chicken, vegetables and sautéed mushrooms. It can be used as a dry rub, finishing seasoning, or mixed into marinades.

Shake or rub 1 tablespoon seasoning onto 1 pound of meat before grilling or broiling.

For a marinade: mix 2 teaspoons seasoning with 1/4 cup olive oil and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Marinate 45 minutes.

Packaged in a flavor-sealed bulk jug with dual flip lid for shaking or measuring.
