1. In a full metal steam pan, add 12 cups water, 2 ounces butter and contents of Zatarain's Red Beans and Rice Mix.
2. Stir thoroughly; then cover with aluminum foil or a lid.
3. Place into a pre-heated 400° F oven and bake for 35 minutes or until rice is cooked. Stir occasionally. Sauce should be thin but will thicken as it stands.
4. Remove cooked rice from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
5. Just before serving, stir gently with a fork to fluff and mix.

1. Mix 1 1/3 cups of Zatarain's Red Beans and Rice Lower Sodium with 3 cups of water and 1 tbsp butter. Stir Well.
2. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat, stir again, cover, reduce heat to low.
3. Simmer for 25 minutes. Remove from heat. Note there will be a little water on top of the rice at this point. Let sit for 5 minutes. Stir and fluff.
