Five Spice Mustard Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1/2 tsp ground cloves
• 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
• 1 1/2 cups prepared Dijon style mustard

To make Five Spice Mustard

1. Combine all ingredients. Transfer to jars and seal tightly.
2. Let Five Spice Mustard stand in a dark, cool place for at least a week before using so that the flavors blend. Site before using.

Makes 1 1/2 cups of Five Spice Mustard.
