This weekend I made a Big Pasta Salad for my Husbands Company Picnic,
2 boxes- veggie spiral pasta (make according to pkg. directions)
1 jar each green olives w/ pimentos
1 can of black pitted olives,
1 can of chick peas, drained & rinsed
one frozen bag of California frozen veggies (defrost in microwave)
2 fresh green bell peppers cleaned and chopped up
2- blocks of colby & jack cheese cubbed
1 Tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
1 Bottle of light Italian dressing
Mix all ingredients above, ENJOY!! Cookie
We ordered a Deep Dish Chicago Style Pizza for dinner tonight it had Italian cheese, sasage, sweet peppers, onions, mushrooms. It was my Husbands Birthday
