Fry chicken, beef, or pork sliced thin, along with string mushrooms, carrots, onion, and other vegetables such as bok choy or Napa cabbage along with water to boil meat.
Once meat is cooked add more boiling water and add pre-soaked Kimbo Golden Cock Hsinchu Rice Stick Pancit.
Stir cook the noodles along with other items for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, chili sauce or mustard, if desired.
Alternate Cooking Via Stir Fry Method: Precook Rice Stick as above. Then cook ingredients except Rice Stick until soft and meat is done. Then add Pancit Noodles and water as needed to hydrate noodles, cook for 2 minutes. Stir fry on high heat until excessive water has evaporated.
