Directions for making Taco Meat with Lawry's Taco Seasoning

1. Brown 10 Pounds GROUND BEEF*; drain excess fat.
2. Add 1 package Lawry's Taco Seasoning Mix and 1 1/2 quarts WATER; Blend thoroughly.
3. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
4. Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
   Recipe Yields approximately 10 pounds (1 1/4 gallons).

Alternatives: Substitute shredded CHICKEN or TURKEY in place of GROUND BEEF.

• TOSTADAS
  Spoon prepared seasoned TACO MEAT onto FLOUR or CORN TORTILLAS and top with grated CHEDDAR CHEESE, shredded LETTUCE and chopped TOMATOES.
