Bread Dipping Oil Recipe
Combine 1 to 2 tbsp of McCormick Bruschetta Seasoning Mix with 1/4 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil. Serve with crusty bread.
Bruschetta Chicken and Pasta Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 F. Mix 1/3 cup McCormick Bruschetta Seasoning, 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil and 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar in a large bowl. Add 2 lbs quartered plum tomatoes and 1 lb chicken tenders; toss to coat the chicken and tomatoes with seasoning blend. Place in a baking dish in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cook through. Meanwhile prepare 8oz of your favorite pasta. Toss cooked Bruschetta Chicken Tomatoes with the pasta in a large bowl and serve. Makes 8 servings.
