Mixing Instructions for McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix:

Recipe Size	4 1/2 cups	1 1/2 gal	6 gal
Ground Beef	1 lb	5 lbs	20 lbs
Chili Seasoning	1/4 cup	1 1/4 cups	1 Bottles
Tomato Sauce	2 (8oz) Cans	2 1/2 Quarts	3 #10 Cans
Kidney Beans	1 lb Can	1 #10 Can	4 #10 Cans

1. Brown ground beef. Drain fat.
2. Stir in McCormick chili seasoning mix, tomato sauce and beans.
3. Heat and simmer for 10 minutes for small batch; 30 minutes for medium batch; 1 hour for large batch of chili.

Cincinnati Chili Recipe:
Make recipe above but omit beans. Instead add 1 tsp McCormick Ground Cinnamon per 1 pound for ground beef. Serve over spaghetti noodles along with kidney beans, fresh chopped onion and shredded cheese.
