Make a Grill Mates Mojito Lime Marinade by combining 1/4 cup of Mojito Lime Seasoning with 2 tbsp each of vinegar and water. Use to marinate up to 2 pounds of chicken. Marinade for 2 or more hours before grilling. Discard any remaining marinade. Variation: Replace water with lime juice.
