Lemon & Pepper Seasoning Salt can be used to season seafood, fish, chicken, shrimp, scallops, asparagus, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and artichokes. Add Lemon and Pepper Seasoning Salt to melted butter for green beans, squash, corn, broccoli, noodles, and to use as a baste for broiled chicken or fish. Use Lemon and Pepper Seasoning Salt to season sauces for creamed vegetables, dressing for chicken salad or chicken soup. Sprinkle Lemon and Pepper Seasoning Salt over omelets, and scrambled eggs or pork chops, chicken and fish before broiling. Stir Lemon and Pepper Seasoning Salt into softened butter and serve over grilled meats. Add Lemon and Pepper Seasoning Salt to meat mixture for meatballs or add to water for steamed shrimp or other seafood. Similarly, stir Lemon and Pepper Seasoning Salt into liquids used for poaching.
