Madras Curry Powder imparts a distinctive earthy, citrus character and may impart a mild throat heat. Madras Curry Powder is hotter in taste than standard McCormick Curry Powder.
Use McCormick Madras Curry Powder with beef, chicken, lamb, and shrimp in making curries. It can also be used in fruit compotes or added to chicken or shrimp salads and stuffed eggs.
