• Combine 2 cups flour, 2 tsp paprika, and 4 tsp McCormick Mesquite Barbecue Seasoning. Use to coat chicken or fish before baking.
• Blend 2 cups crushed pineapple, that has been lightly drained, with 2 tsp McCormick Mesquite Barbecue Seasoning,  1 1/2 cups diced red pepper, 1 cup chopped scallions and 1/4 cup each canola oil and lemon (or lime) juice. Use as a side dish, dipping sauce or as a topping for poultry.
