Italian Panko-Crusted Chicken Recipe
- 1 Cup McCormick Italian Herb Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 lb thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders.
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Place McCormick Panko Bread Crumbs in a shallow dish.
- Beat egg and water in a separate shallow dish.
- Dip cut up chicken pieces in egg mixture, then dip into Panko Bread Crumbs and coat evenly on both sides. Discard any remaining egg mixture and Panko Bread Crumbs.
- Bake chicken on foil-lined shallow baking pan for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
Chicken Parmesan Recipe

- Spoon marinara sauce over chicken.
- Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes longer to melt cheese.
