McCormick acquired the Lawry's brand from Unilever in the fall of 2009. During February 2010, McCormick moved several of their items into the Lawry's line. Pepper Supreme was one of those products. Sprinkle Pepper Supreme on chicken, pork, seafood, and steaks when broiling, grilling or roasting. Use McCormick Pepper Supreme as a seasoning for salads, vegetables, pasta, rice, and potatoes. Mix 2 tbsp of McCormick Pepper Supreme with 1/4 cup Canola or Olive Oil, and 1/4 cup water to make a marinade.

Ingredients: Spices (including Black Pepper, White Pepper and Red Pepper), Salt, Garlic, Onion, Red and Green Bell Peppers, Chili Pepper, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Extractives Of Capsicum and Jalepeno Peppers.

Recipe for Peppered Portabella Mushrooms
Heat 1/4 cup Canola Oil in a skillet. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Added 2 Portabella Mushroom Caps that are cut into 1/2" slices. Sprinkle 1 tsp Pepper Supreme over top of mushrooms, and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
