McCormick Pink Himalayan Salt and Heb Blend is infused with Mediterranean spices, including garlic, basil, oregano and red bell pepper,

Season meat, fish, salads and roasted potatoes as you would use salt.

Ingredients: Pink Himalayan Salt, Sea Salt, Garlic, Lemon Peel, Red Bell Pepper, basil, Oregano, Spices and Natural Flavor

Mediterranean White Bean Bruschetta

• 1 loaf French bread
• 6 tablespoons olive oil, divided
• 1 can 15oz Cannellini beans, drained, rinsed and coarsely chopped
• 2 cups finely chopped plum tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick Pink Himalayan Salt and Herb Blend, divided

1. Preheat oven to 400° F
2. Slice French bread on the diagonal into 30 1/2 inch thick slices.
3. Brush each bread slice with 4 tablespoons of the olive oil.
4. Place bread slices on baking sheet.
5. Bake bread slices for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Cool completely on wire rack.
7. Place Cannellini beans, plum tomatoes, remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, red wine vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of the McCormick Pink Himalayan Salt and Herb Blend in medium bowl.
8. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
9. Top each cooled slice of bread with about 1 tablespoon of bean mixture.
10. Sprinkle all bread slices with remaining 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Pink Himalayan Salt and Herb Blend.

Makes 15 servings.
