With McCormick Slow Cookers Chili Seasoning Mix you can make a delicious Southwestern Style Chili in your slow cooker with only a little effort.

Ingredients: Chili Pepper and Other Spices (including Cumin and Oregano), Salt, Onion, Modified Corn Starch, Garlic, Green Bell Pepper and Silicon Dioxide (to keep free flowing).

You Will Need

• 1 package of McCormick Slow Cookers Chili Seasoning Mix
• 2 pounds lean ground beef -or- turkey
• 2 cans (14 1/2oz each) diced tomatoes
• 2 cans (16 oz each) of kidney beans, drained
• 1 can (15 1/2 oz) tomato sauce

Instructions

1. Brown ground beef or turkey in a large skillet and then drain fat.
2. Placed fully cooked beef, Slow Cookers Chili Seasoning Mix, tomatoes, beans and tomato sauce i slow cooker. Stir until well mixed. Cover. For best results do not lift lid whil cooking to retain heat and liquid.
3. Cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Stir before serving.
